I am a lifelong student of numerous topics related to security and preparedness. Beginning with an Airsoft obsession as a kid, which matured into proficiency with real firearms, a commission into the Army from VMI, four years as an intelligence officer in some of the Army's most unique units, including the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and the Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), and culminating in a degree in law at Wake Forest University, I have always been motivated to expand my knowledge of valuable life-saving and liability-mitigating skills; however, I struggled to find ways to leverage my experience in these areas to help others and better my community.

Upon my return to Charlotte in 2021, God blessed me with an opportunity to lead and train the security team of my local church. After developing a comprehensive security policy and working with several other churches in a similar context as an attorney, I realized that this was an excellent way for me to utilize the unique combination of skills and experiences I had developed over the course of my life. More importantly, I noticed a great need for security consulting and training among churches and the current void in the industry.

Flock Tactical was created to provide places of worship with this essential consulting and training service. I'm truly passionate about "protecting the flock" from within and am excited to work with you and your team to create a custom security program that works for you!
